The Kentucky Educator Numeracy Grant

The Kentucky Educator Numeracy Grant gives the unique opportunity for exceptional elementary, middle and high school educators to implement the online Common Core-aligned math program, Mathletics, in their classroom free for 12 months.

Please note that educators of Kentucky-based K-12 schools may only be awarded a grant for a single 12-month period. Limit one grant per school building. Please see the bottom of the page for full details.

To be accepted into our Grant program, we also require that you are able to meet these requirements:

1. You confirm that the computers and/or mobile devices you will be using with students are able to run Mathletics. Please refer to the technical requirements for more information.

2. You agree to our website’s Terms and Conditions.

3. You agree to actively participate in a 40-minute webinar training session within three months of acceptance into the Grant program and one additional 40-minute webinar thereafter.

4. You agree to have your students use Mathletics at least three times per week. Options include usage during classroom time, in computer labs, during after-school programs, and at home.

5. Teacher usage: you will assign a minimum of one task per student per school week and assign at least one assessment to every student.

6. You will share this information with your Principal and provide one demonstration session to all teachers within your school during the school year. You will show Mathletics to 3 other teachers within your school district during the school year.

7. You agree to provide periodic feedback, in the form of surveys.

8. Data accumulated during the school year will be collected and used for promotional material. You will provide permissions to use this information (the data will be anonymized).

9. You agree to be contacted by a Mathletics representative during the Grant period for feedback and
implementation support.

10. You will provide a testimonial and/or pictures of your classroom – guidelines for the testimonial to be provided by 3P Learning.
