Home-Start UK alongside Relate and Family Lives want to find out what impact localism has had for the services you offer families in your local communities.

Over the last year politicians and policy makers have been talking about the Big Society and localism.

Localism tends to mean transferring powers from central government to local government, town halls and down to the grassroots.
