There are no 'meetings' to attend.... The 'club' is just an opportunity to get some tools and resources to improve your health!

As part of the 10k-A-Day club, I agree to:
- Wear my pedometer most days
- Make an effort to increase my daily walking (500 steps at a time)
- Report back to Be Well my average steps on a monthly basis until May 2014
