Every day you juggle the strengths and struggles to staying healthy in your community. As a community member, your input on the assets, and the barriers, to securing healthy food for your families can provide important insight into opportunities for the changes you seek. At the Center for Science and Democracy at the Union of Concerned Scientists*, we are working with a local advisory committee**, community leaders, researchers, and policymakers to listen, learn, and facilitate partnerships to lift up the existing opportunities and address the obstacles you face in healthy eating. Your responses to the brief questionnaire below will help us get started on understanding and filling this need.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? As a survey participant, you are welcome to attend and participate in a public event on Saturday, June 6th. More details at the end of the survey (and there will be food, drink, and an artistic performance!).

THE SURVEY WILL TAKE ROUGHLY 15 MINUTES TO COMPLETE. Thank you for your time and input!
