Hire Learning Survey

Thank you for your participation in the first annual Hire Learning Survey of the Hire Learning Initiative. This survey will ask you about your organization's current and future workforce needs.

To be able to successfully complete this survey, you will need to be the person responsible for your company's hiring practices or have strong knowledge of your company's current workforce and future hiring needs.

Workforce Planning Hamilton will aggregate the results and release a report in March that highlights skill requirements in Hamilton. All labour market stakeholders including colleges, universities, school boards, employers, job seekers and employment service providers can use the analysis to address any potential skills gap or skills mismatch in our local economy.

The Hire Learning Survey will be released every January so that we can track changing skill requirements over time.
