Hike for Hospice Donation |
Thank you for your interest in supporting the nation-wide Hike for Palliative Care.
Sunday, May 6, 2012 marks the 10th anniversary of the nation-wide Hike for Hospice Palliative Care.
This spring, thousands of people from across Canada will come together on to kick-off Hospice Palliative Care Week, and raise awareness and money in support of their local, community hospice organizations. 100% of all the funds raised will remain in the community to raise public awareness and ensure that Hospice Toronto continues to provide high-quality, home hospice palliative care and support for people living with a life-threatening illness, and their loved ones, at no charge. We will be partnering with Perram House, a palliative care residence that offers compassionate end-of-life care for those individuals with limited financial means.
