Thank you for your interest in helping Christians reclaim their health and wellness as they bloom themselves, their families, and their communities in body-mind-and spirit.

Wellness Weavers wants to be a connector of great resources that allow us all to work smarter instead of harder and with efficient use of our time and money.

This short survey will allow us to match you with a group conference call to be a part of the previewing, brainstorming, dialoguing, and action-planning for the assembly of this precision integrated system.

If you decide after the first conference call, that it was not good use of your time, you certainly do not have to continue on in the series.

In the first Conference Call, we will:
1. Look at the SOPHIA form and its role in the system
2. Preview the Christian Care Health Ministry website and learn from their representatives
3. Break into groups based on common interests for 10 minute discussions
4. Regroup and hear a report from the spokesperson from each discussion group
5. Brainstorm action-plan strategies
6. Vote on action-plan strategies
7. Determine the agenda for the next conference workgroup call.
