The advances in HIV coverage in lower-income countries has contributed to the creation of health services focused on chronic care. Acute problems for HIV people have been addressed and solutions proposed. With the increased survival of HIV-infected people and the availability of health services providing continued care, the need to address noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) in resource-limited settings has arisen.
The aim of this survey is to know your opinion about the challenge of caring for NCD in your context and was designed to be answered by policy makers, health personnel or community members.
