UNICEF Clubs are required to submit a Reporting and Reflection Survey twice a year. This tool is used to report the accomplishments of UNICEF clubs, share best practices, and demonstrate the use and impact of resources devoted to the UNICEF club program.

This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

This summary is due by May 31, 2016.
