Welcome to the State of Flux 2014 supplier relationship management (SRM) survey.
This survey should be completed by those with a direct involvement in SRM activities from the buy side perspective.
This is the sixth consecutive year we have conducted our global SRM research; with your help we can continue to add to the collective understanding and adoption of this important business discipline.

We can also arrange to benchmark your organisation’s SRM activity against some of the global leaders (as well as your industry peers) and provide you with an SRM Index score.
