Gold Humanism GHHS Faculty nomination of Student form 2013-14 |
1. Introduction
The IUSM chapter of the Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS) is soliciting faculty from all centers to recognize students who are exemplars of humanism and professionalism. Please use the following brief online form to submit names of 1-3 students who are beginning their MS4 Senior Year (Graduating Class of 2014). Peer and faculty nominations are an important part of the GHHS selection process, as well as the student’s academic standing and personal essay. Entries will be collected online by the MECA office— due by June 14th, 2013.
We appreciate your nomination of students who best demonstrate respect, integrity, compassion, and altruism. Students should have exceptional interpersonal skills with colleagues, faculty, and patients and consistently display a caring approach to the practice of medicine— at the individual level and/or through community involvement.
