A national nonprofit is conducting a short survey to better understand the need for programs on social/health issues in schools across the United States. We are looking to get feedback from people who work with children in a variety of roles within schools – teachers, coaches, administration, health professionals, etc.
We are not trying to sell you anything. We are interested in learning about current educational programs offered in schools K-12 and the types of information, programs and organizations you would like to see brought to your school. The survey should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and only reported as part of a collective total.
