Thank you for taking the time to enter your National Heritage Week event in our awards scheme. We wish you every success.

Please complete all sections of the nomination form. You can pause and return to the form any number of times so long as you use the same computer each time and do not clear your cookies in the meantime. We recommend that, as a backup, you save your draft responses separately in a word document.

Best Children’s Event (under 12’s)
Best Interactive Event
Most Innovative Event
Best Submission to ‘My Heritage’

You may nominate in all categories except 'Best Overall Event' which is chose by the judges from the nominees across all categories.
