The School Board has adopted a Capital Improvement Plan that identifies the Jefferson site as the preferred location to add needed seats by building a 725-seat elementary school. If the County Board determines that it is not possible to build at the Jefferson site, the School Board has identified an alternative plan of building two additions at existing elementary schools (identified as Barcroft and Randolph).
