Thank you for taking the time to participate in our consultation.
It is recommended that you have Creative New Zealand's draft Strategic Plan 2013-16 alongside you when completing the questionnaire. The draft plan can be downloaded from www.creativenz.govt.nz/stratplan. The questions refer directly to specific sections of the plan.
Only researchers at Creative New Zealand will have access to your responses and no individual or organisation will be identified in the analysis or report. However, responses could be disclosed to others under the Official Information Act 1982.
