In our ongoing endeavor to improve Wylie ISD we are conducting our annual parent survey to gain important feedback from you on your child's educational experience. We utilize this survey not only as it stands by itself this year but also to see if trends develop over multiple years. The feedback you give is diligently reviewed by district administrators as well as Wylie ISD School Board Members.  Your responses will remain completely confidential.

Directions:  Indicate your level of agreement or disagreement with the following statements on a scale of 1-5 where (1) means "strongly agree" and (5) means "strongly disagree."  These questions are marked mandatory.  Comment questions are not mandatory, but we highly encourage you to complete them if the question pertains to you.

Please complete a survey for each child you have in Wylie I.S.D.  Upon survey submission, there will be a link to take you back to the survey to complete it for another child/campus.

Wylie I.S.D. is in the last year of the Carol M. White Physical Education Program Grant. Throughout the grant period we will be implementing lifetime fitness goals for students. If you have any comments or suggestions concerning the PEP Grant email them to mdavis@wylie.esc14.net
