BEFORE you complete this survey, please review your current CRD policies.

Follow the steps below to view existing policies:

1) Copy the link below and paste it into a web browser to view your current CRD policy:

2) Select your school and enter "admin" as the login, click ENTER.

3) From the toolbar, select "Other..." and then select "Policies".

NOTE: A SECOND WINDOW/TAB WILL OPEN

4) Select your district from the drop-down. Once your district policies display, scroll to the bottom to view the Compulsory Return Dates that are currently setup. Review the dates. You need dates for 2022, 2023, 2024.

5) Go back to SurveyMonkey and enter the 2022, 2023, 2024 dates.
