Family Voices is launching a free “What does M-O-T-H-E-R mean to you?” Contest for Families of Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs and /or Disabilities (CYSHCND), extended families of these children, and friends of these families. As we celebrate the 100th anniversary of Mother's Day in the United States, we want to honor mothers by asking what the word 'MOTHER' means to you!
Entries will be received until May 13, the day after Mother's Day. Voting on favorite entries will then be open to the public until May 31, 2013 with details about the judging process announced on Family Voices' Website (www.familyvoices.org) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Family-Voices-Inc-National/137783182902269). First, second, and third place winners will be announced in early June. All entrants will receive a free one-year membership to Family Voices. The first place winner will receive a $75 Target gift card, the second place winner will receive a $50 Target gift card, and the third place winner will receive a $25 Target gift card. However, we want to acknowledge that in our minds and hearts, all mothers are winners!

There are also several 'optional' questions. We would appreciate you replying to these, but they are NOT required in order for you to enter the raffle.
This should take less than 5 minutes.
Note that as part of the registration process, we will ask you to send us an original photo that represents 'Mother' to you. This can be of your mother, of you, if you are a mother, of a mother and child or children, or anything else that says 'Mother' to you. You will have an opportunity to describe the subject of the photo and why you chose it.
