Introduction
In 2012, the Hawaii Court Improvement Project (CIP) partnered with the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) to assess current quality of court practices in child abuse and neglect cases in the state of Hawaii.
This survey will allow the NCJFCJ to gain a better understanding of your jurisdiction's current court practices and identify systems strengths and challenges. The survey should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete and will be beneficial to both our ongoing assessments and to continued court improvement efforts.
