Community Partner Assessment - Online Survey |
This survey is part of Family and Children's Services of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville (FCSLLG) efforts to better understand the current state of its relationship with community partners and where there are opportunities for improvements. The first part of the survey focuses on what is important to your organization as it relates to partnership activities; the second part focuses on how well FCSLLG is performing in these areas.
As part of this survey, we are also interested in gauging the level of your interest in a Community Advisory Committee for the agency.
