Dear St. Nicholas Parishioners,
Over the last month, we have been involved in visioning the future of our church. This is an important endeavor because we want to make sure that our vision remains relevant and represents the values and ministry of our faith and congregation as we grow into our new building. We have had a number of Town Hall meetings to gather your input. One huge theme that came out of those meetings is how important the relationships and fellowship among our members is. We enjoy being small enough to really get to know and be able to support each other. Another take away is that St. Nicholas is doing the right things, we just need to build on them. As we mentioned at the town halls, this survey is our next step. Below you will find the three questions we asked at the town halls. If you weren’t able to attend a town hall, or you did attend a town hall and have additional input, please share your thoughts. Following the questions, you will find a number of themes that have emerged with specific ideas underneath them. We’d like you to put a check mark by the ideas you think we should pursue over the next three years, especially those in which you would like to participate.
