52nd CEPIS Council Meeting - Geneva, 5 April 2014

The 52nd CEPIS Council meeting will take place at the Warwick hotel in Geneva, Switzerland, on Saturday 5 April, from 08:30 to 16:00 approximately. CEPIS has secured the booking of hotel rooms at CHF 200/230 (single/double occupancy) per night, including a buffet breakfast.

The Swiss Informatics Society (SI) has kindly offered to host a welcome dinner cruise on Lake Geneva on Friday, 4 April, the evening prior to the Council meeting. Following the Council meeting, there will also be a closing reception in the hotel on Saturday, 5 April. Further information will be forthcoming prior to the Council meeting.

We invite each Member Society to fill out the registration form below indicating their hotel requirements. CEPIS will then confirm the booking directly with the hotel. Members do not need to contact the hotel directly.

Upon arrival at the hotel each Member Society representative will be asked for their credit card details. The cost of the hotel room and all incidentals must be covered individually by each Member. In case of cancellations made less then 5 days before arrival, the hotel will charge CEPIS Members the full cost of the stay.

Unfortunately CEPIS is unable to guarantee a room in the hotel or the rate listed above for any late registrations.
