Delivery Site Host Application Survey

If you are interested in offering your home or commercial establishment as a potential delivery site for Angelic Organics, please fill out this application. It’s all in a survey format. It will take about 15 - 20 minutes to fill out. Thanks for your consideration of taking on this fulfilling role within our farm community.

A weekday (Tuesday - Friday). The delivery vehicle can arrive between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Shareholders may pick up their boxes between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. (Note: We are reasonably certain that the delivery times for weekday deliveries will be between 10 a.m and 2 p.m, but are still working out the delivery details, so we have expanded the delivery time window, just in case.)

A Saturday. The delivery vehicle can arrive between 8 a.m. and noon. Shareholders may pick up their boxes between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.

I am fine hosting either a weekday or a Saturday delivery, as described above.

* 13. I recognize that the farm will do its best to encourage shareholders to keep the site clean and organized. However, I also realize that everyone is not inclined toward tidiness and order. I will routinely inspect the site after delivery day and make sure that it is clean and organized. I will also notify the farm of any serious breach in shareholder etiquette at my site, and the farm will endeavor to help resolve the problem.
