New School Post Occupancy Evaluation Lead-Off Survey:  For Neighbors and Community Members

This survey is designed to request your experiences and viewpoints with respect to the new or newly-renovated school in your neighborhood. 

It's purpose is to take into account your perspectives while seeking to improve New Mexico’s school design and development process. 

We would be grateful if you could share your experiences, perspectives, viewpoints and advice on the new school in your neighborhood.  Your feedback will be invaluable, and will be respectfully and carefully considered.  To complete the survey should take less than five minutes.

All responses will be anonymous, and will only be used for the evaluation of the new or newly-renovated school in your neighborhood.
