Improved: I have a better understanding how to set clear work expectations for student workers and will utilize the 'Discussion Guide for First Employment Meeting" to ensure I am communicating my expectations clearly.

About the same: I already knew how to set clear work expectations and I do not anticipate utilizing the "Discussion Guide for First Employment Meeting".

I am still confused: I do not feel equipped to communicate clear work expectations to my student worker.

Improved: I have a better understanding how to support my student worker's paraprofessional skill development and will likely utilize the resources (i.e. student worker evaluation, how to support your student worker's career development, etc.) in this training.

About the same: I already knew how to support my student worker's paraprofessional skill development and did not learn any new skills nor will I utilize any of the resources (i.e. student worker evaluation, how to support your student worker's career development, etc.)

I am still confused: I do not feel equipped to support my student worker's paraprofessional skill development.

Improved: It was helpful to review hidden rules of the workplace as well as the perspective of the under resourced student. I will be more mindful of this information to facilitate effective supervision.
