* 4. The Worship Planning Committee will be meeting a minimum of once a month. Electronic options will be available to reduce travel for members not local to the Houston Area. Are you able to meet this meeting requirement?

* 6. The 2016 Texas Annual Conference Worship Coordinator will be reviewing all submissions received prior to September 1, 2015. Any nominations received after that may be considered for last minute fill ins or will be held for consideration for the 2017 Texas Annual Conference Worship Planning Committee. Not all nominated persons will be selected for use. Selections will be based on need and as balanced a representation of the conference as possible.

Thank you for your nomination. Selections will begin immediately in September. All nominated will be advised by email when selections are made as to their status for inclusion in the 2016 TXAC Worship Planning Committee.
