The Cape & Islands Regional Coordinating Committee (RCC) is conducting a survey to identify the unmet needs and barriers to transportation services for seniors, people with disabilities, people with limited incomes, people with limited English proficiency, youth and visitors to our region. The goal of the RCC is to improve the ease of travel within our region and beyond.
