Please click on the button below to take a 5 minute survey. If you match our preliminary requirements, you will receive a follow up communication to determine if you qualify for the study. Each person selected for the study will need access to a phone and a computer with an internet connection during their session.
The study will take up to 30 minutes. If you participate and complete the session, you will receive a $25 Crate and Barrel Shop Card for your time. Only those who complete the session will receive the Shop Card.
