Water Conservation Survey 2013

This survey is designed to allow you -- our customers -- to tell us about the ways you are already conserving water and how you use water at home. This survey is also to assess whether we've been effective in communicating with you about our water conservation programs and initiatives. It will help us identify areas in which we need to improve.

As a thank you for taking the time to complete and return this survey, you have a chance to win a $250 credit towards your water & sewer bill. You will be prompted at the end of the survey to fill out a ballot for the prize draw. To ensure anonymity, your ballot will be collected separately from your survey responses.
