Family Matters Community Survey

We are excited to let you know Family Matters is engaged in a Strategic Planning process to define the future focus of the organization.

Part of this process is to identify community stakeholders and partners that can give us insight as to how the community views our organization and how we can improve and grow our organization to best serve the communities needs. You were selected by Leadership as a key stakeholder to assist us in this process.
We are only asking you to complete a short survey. This survey will provide insight into the future of the organization. This survey is designed to help ensure that our organization's leadership better understands the needs, perceptions of its partners and learns how to better meet those needs.
