<dd> WHEREAS the School Breakfast Program has served Kentucky students admirably since it was permanently established in 1975; and

<dd>WHEREAS the School Breakfast Program is dedicated to the health and well-being of Kentucky children; and

<dd>WHEREAS the participation in the School Breakfast Program is linked to improved student success in school; and

<dd>WHEREAS there is evidence of the continued need and support to encourage students to participate in the school breakfast program.

NOW THEREFORE, I do hereby proclaim that I will encourage all students to participate in the School Breakfast Program.

I acknowledge that by signing this resolution I am accepting to take and participate in the Kentucky Breakfast Challenge.
