On the morning of the 2015 Point-in-Time Homeless Street Count (Wednesday, January 28th), volunteers will be asked to work with expert homeless guides recommended by service providers, and drive and walk all over assigned routes from approximately daybreak to 10am. Volunteers are expected to have a car and a cell phone, be willing to help with transportation needs, and be able to walk approximately 2-3 miles if necessary. Additionally, all volunteers are asked to attend a one-hour training session prior to count day. Training dates and times are:
