The Executive Director is responsible for providing overall leadership in the day-to-day operation of a senior living community. This person is charged with maintaining staff, resident and family engagement in addition to budget adherence and regulatory compliance. During the ALFA 2015 Conference and Expo, one Executive Director will be honored for their exemplary leadership in senior living community management. ALFA is eager to recognize the role and service of the selected 2015 Executive Director for the fourth annual Community Leadership Award.

By submitting this nomination, I confirm that the nominee has been a leader at the community for a year or more and I, without reservation, endorse the nominee for this award. I also confirm that no incentive by the nominee has been/will be given to me to produce this nomination and it was completely produced voluntarily and willingly. By submitting this nomination, I confirm that to the best of my knowledge, this nominee, if selected, would be willing and able to travel to Phoenix for the ALFA 2014 Conference and Expo - May 4-7, 2015 and participate in video production prior to the conference. ALFA will follow-up with the nominee if they become a finalist to get their expressed written permission for promotional uses.
