2015-2016: Science Alliance Application (Middle School)

A very generous number of FULL SCHOLARSHIPS to the program are available, based on financial need. For those that do not qualify, the full cost of the program is $2000/year. Your ability to pay will NOT be a factor in determining acceptance into the program.

The program spans 3 years, with classes meeting weekly on Fridays during the academic year from 4:30 - 6:30pm.

PLEASE NOTE – the Museum offers the LANG Science Program that students in 5th grade can apply to, but which meets for 3 weeks each summer, and 18 Saturdays each school year. Importantly, families may ONLY apply to one of these programs, either the Lang Science Program or the Science Alliance Program.

The application requires three parts:

• THIS electronic application.
• Supplemental information, which is included in the information packet. This consists of a questionnaire, signatures, and a copy of the most recent report card.
• Recommendation letters from two adults. Please use the forms included in the information packet.
