The questionnaire is in four sections. First we ask for some basic information about your incubator. We then ask about your incubator's facilities, occupancy rates, tenant businesses, and incubator resources – the sort of information needed to assess performance. The last section is optional and asks for your opinion on the top three incubators in your country.
