NANASP 2014 Bylaws Amendment Vote
In accordance with the current National Association of Nutrition and Aging Services Programs by-laws, the, the NANASP Governance Committee presents the attached amended By-laws to the membership for vote.
A summary of the amended changes are below:
• Changing current Executive Committee (ExCom) titles to a “Chair” structure
• Addition of new ExCom positions: Vice-Chair of Education, Vice-Chair of Governance and
Vice-Chair of Membership and Marketing
• Elimination of Government Relations Standing Committee (incorporated into general duties of all board of directors)
• Addition of Governance as Standing Committee
