Thank you for getting involved in our conversation about recertification

This consultation marks the next step in the conversation we want to have with you about recertification.

We have issued a discussion document containing draft proposals about how we can improve our approach to recertification. Now, we are seeking your views and input into these draft proposals.

There are 21 questions in this submission. Three of these are short demographic questions, which will provide us with general information about the person or organisation making the submission. The remaining questions align with the draft proposals set out in areas 1 - 4 of the discussion document.
We expect this submission will take approximately 30 minutes to one hour for most people to complete. You can save your responses and return to complete the survey at a later time, if you need to. We encourage you to take as much time as you need to share your ideas about the draft proposals we are asking you to consider.
All submissions received will be published on our website shortly after receipt, and will remain there as a public document. For submissions made by individuals, only your name and profession, if you are a registered health practitioner, will be published on our website. All personal contact details will be removed from your submission.
As this is a public consultation, “in confidence” information will only be accepted under special circumstances. Please contact us at before submitting material in confidence. We also reserve the right not to publish any derogatory or inflammatory submissions.
We also encourage you to attend a forum or webinar we will be holding between August and October. To register your attendance and participation in a forum or webinar click here.
Your input is imporant and we look forward to receiving your feedback on the draft proposals.
Submissions close at 5pm on 26 October 2018
