1.     Understanding the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in Wellington and  the priorities that need to be considered when developing a Coronavirus Recovery Plan with the Wellington Shire community.

2.     Understanding current levels of resilience in communities to be able to  recover from the pandemic and other emergencies.

3.      The services and supports that have not previously been provided during relief and recovery from emergencies that could be.
