Assertiveness

This inventory is a list of phrases or words commonly used in describing behavior styles in people. For each phrase or word, select the number that best describes you in a team situation you are comfortable in. For example, if on the first item, you perceive yourself as tending to follow the lead of others, select 1; if you perceive yourself as directing the actions of other, select 5. There are no right answers to these questions, so base your responses on how you are today, not how you think you should be or would like to be in the future.

Write down your point score (not the percentage score) after you select the Calculate Score button at the end of the page. Then go to the bottom of the score screen and click "Done" to go to the Responsiveness section of the Inventory.
