Workers cannot face retaliation for exercising their right to report unsafe work conditions. We won't share this information with your employer without your permission.
Once we have reviewed your report, a UFCW Local 247 Union Representative or Shop Steward will promptly contact you to discuss the situation.

By completing this report, you allow UFCW Local 247 to collect your information for the purposes of tracking, monitoring, and resolving workplace issues.
