PDPA - Application to Withdraw Consent |
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), you are entitled to request to withdraw consent you have given to us in respect of the collection, use or disclosure by us of the personal data about you for any purpose.
Please note that there may be consequences which may arise from the withdrawal of your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data. We shall inform you of any such consequences depending on the nature of the withdrawal of consent you are requesting.
Proof of Identity
Upon receiving your completed Request Form, we may require further identification or documentation to verify your identity before we may process your request.
Timeline of Processing
Having received and verified your identification and documentation, we shall endeavor to respond to your request within thirty (30) days. In the event we need more time to verify and fulfil the request, we shall inform
you of the additional time needed via the contact information you provided in this Request Form.
Exemption Applicable to the Right of Withdrawal of Consent
We would like to highlight to you that, pursuant to the PDPA, we shall cease (and cause our data intermediaries and agents to cease) collecting, using or disclosing your personal data, as the case may be, unless such collection, use or disclosure, as the case may be, without your consent is required or authorized under the PDPA or other written law.
