FEAST! 2023 Craft Alcohol Vendor Registration |
The FEAST Local Foods Network invites craft wine, cider, brewers and distillers to join us for FEAST!, November 4th, 2023 at the Mayo Civic Center, Rochester, MN.
There is no cost for alcohol vendors to participate, and sales are allowed for wine and cider. Attendees are permitted to purchase up to 6 bottles of wine at the festival. We ask vendors to limit their offerings to six varieties per company.
Because Minnesota law does not allow sales of beer and spirits at the event, breweries and distilleries will be allowed to sell merchandise in lieu of craft beverages. Contact Elena at elena@local-feast.org or 608.712.8340 for more information.

Vendor load-in: 7:30-9:30 AM | Public hours*: 10 AM - 4 PM
*All vendor booths must be staffed during this time.
FAQ:
· Civic Center staff will check ID’s at the show entrance and “wristband” all eligible attendees, so you do not need to check IDs, but should check for the wristband before sampling (or selling).
· Alcohol vendors will be interspersed with regular vendors throughout the Exhibit Hall.
· Exhibitors need to be 21 years of age.
· Please conduct all sales at your show booth; we will fulfill wine and cider orders as guests leave the show.
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY FEAST:
· Tubs to chill beverages
· Ice
· Dump buckets
· Pitchers
· Tasting glasses
· Table with skirt (42" high, 8' long, 30" wide with a plastic covering on top)
· 8'x10' booth (pipe and drape is black)
WHAT TO BRING:
· Your beverages! Please limit pours to small tasting sizes
· Bottles for sale
· Signage
· Any take-home material for the public (coupons, flyers, etc.)
· Business cards
Note: merch sales are not permitted except for breweries and distilleries to offset costs of attendance since Minnesota law prohibits sales of beer and spirits at the event.
