2017 has once again been a season of change and reengagement with our culture. This spring brought forth a new model for membership-directed food and beverage offerings, additional social events, as well as our popular summer camp, and innovative program offerings. To assist in modeling our shared vision for our great club, we have created a performance-based survey which, when tabulated, will support us in planning improvements for our 2018 season and beyond.
 
I would ask therefore that you take a moment to fill out the following survey. The survey will take 10 minutes to complete. All survey data will be compiled and presented at the 2017 Semi-AGM on November 23rd. We ask that all members take a moment to complete and return this survey before October 1st, 2017.
