RLS Foundation Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming an RLS Foundation Local RLS Support Group Leader.
Local RLS Support Group Leaders serve as catalysts for building a community of mutual support and trust for individuals within their local area. The primary responsibilities for this volunteer role include arranging at least one meeting for your group per calendar year, either virtually or in person, and serving as a point-of-contact for local community inquiries.
We only accept volunteer applications for Local RLS Support Group Leaders within the United States. To begin the volunteer application process, please complete this application.
