Please read very carefully the instructions before you apply for a side event during the 11th session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (COSP). Due to the limited number of available Conference Rooms, side events sponsored jointly by Governments, UN system organizations and multi-stakeholder partnerships will be given preference. Please note that during the 11th session of the Conference, there will be fewer rooms available for side events. Side events organizers are strongly encouraged to explore venues outside of UN premises.
 
Please note that only Governments, UN agencies and accredited civil society organizations (CSOs) can conduct side-events at sessions of the Conference. The deadline for submission of online application forms for side-events is 4 May 2018 by 11:30 p.m. New York Time.
