Survey of Staff Training & Development Needs in Subacute Care

Best practice is everyone’s business.

The Training Centre in Subacute Care WA (TRACS WA) invites you to complete this survey to assist us in identifying ways to strengthen our current training opportunities, and to bridge gaps to continue to support delivery of best practice subacute care (SAC).

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback about the training and development needs of all health professionals working in SAC in WA, whether you work exclusively in SAC, or across a range of care settings, including generalist services (eg. WACHS) or mental health services.
