Introduction

This survey has been developed by the Ealing Learning Partnership to help evaluate the quality of the service provided, value for money and the difference it has made to your school.

Each survey section asks about the following aspects of the service strand:

• Service quality
• Customer focus
• Value for money
• Making a difference

This work is high priority and the results will be used to inform the annual service impact evaluation published for schools and the council in the autumn 2024 term.
