This is the third year of our vertical SaaS benchmark survey. The first two taught us how vertical software companies sequence products, attach payments and retain customers. Building on that, this year the focus is AI: what you're shipping, how you price it, and what it's doing to margins and growth.
Who should answer: any leaders of vertical software companies who can speak to the numbers.
What you get: the full report when it's published in Q1 2027, to give you a view of how you compare with companies at your stage and in your vertical.
Time: 10–15 minutes.
Four parts: your business, the AI products and agents you sell, how those AI products work, and AI inside your team.
We ask for your company URL and work email. We use the URL to look up basics and enrich the data so we can cut the results more deeply. The email is where we send your report. Nothing is ever attributed to your company; we publish only aggregated findings.
