WHY TAKE THIS DEI SURVEY?
 
1. TalentCorp encourages you to take this short survey to help your organisation be more aware of DEI practices and enables you to identify where you are at in DEI implementation.

2. Through this survey, TalentCorp aims at supporting organisations to help their employees to thrive and be empowered at work. This survey also aspires to understand the DEI efforts of organisations in Malaysia, measuring what is working and what is not, and put forward a report on the progress of our journey in creating equitable workplaces for all.

3. We recommend leaders in organisations who are involved with HR or DEI efforts to take this survey, as many of the questions will require knowledge of your organisation’s DEI strategies.

4. Responses will be recorded and aggregated with the overall survey results. However, all individual responses will be kept  confidential.

Note: For questions in Likert Scale, the indicator of 1 to 6 will be used, where 1 is the lowest and 6 is the highest.

Responses are saved and submitted when a respondent clicks the Next or Done button on each page of the survey. Responses don’t automatically save as each question is answered—they are saved and submitted page by page as respondents progress through the survey.
