2022 AHA Leadership Summit Call for Proposals

The 2022 AHA Leadership Summit will feature senior health care executives, clinicians and experts in the field presenting transformational strategies and innovative approaches for leading when there’s no ‘steady state’; rebuilding and reimagining health care delivery; overcoming workforce challenges to build resilient and high-performing teams; creating strategies and care models to drive value; and achieving enterprise-wide digital transformation.  
 
We are now accepting presentation proposals that offer unique insights, successful case studies, and cutting-edge solutions. Leadership, innovation and transformation are a team sport. Thus, of particular interest are proposals that demonstrate how to accelerate, sustain, and scale change with preference given to proposals that feature team presenters, helping to highlight “on-the-ground” perspectives with insights of the senior-most organizational leader champions.  
 
Proposals must be non-commercial in nature. The proposal submission deadline is Friday, December 3.

5.Session Abstract: 
Provide a detailed summary of the session including a description of its focus, explanation of its importance for senior health care leaders, and evidence as to why this is an innovative approach to the issue. Proposals that demonstrate how to accelerate, sustain, and scale change are preferred. Include practical takeaways for attendees addressing the impact of the strategies shared and at least one key learning outcome for participants (limited to 500 words).
